These classes are aimed for the under 16’s and we like to focus on getting fit, staying healthy and learning all about the boxing techniques and exercises.
These classes are mixed and aimed for people who wish to get fit and also for people who are interested in boxing at an amateur level. For those that wish to spar the class continues and focuses on the more technical aspects of boxing.
We also offer personal one to one sessions that last for approximately one hour. You can use these session to improve your fitness or boxing technique - the choice is yours, please contact us for further details.
